Bharat Tanning Industry (BTI) located in the leather city of Indian Subcontinent- Kanpur, once known as the Manchester of East. Late Mr. Abdul Aziz laid the foundation of the company in 1991, a tireless worker and great enthusiast, he passed the reins to his family and currently it is his third generation which has taken the company to new heights. Presently the company employs more than 200 BTI craftsman and workers. The BTI has two units, both of which are located in the Jajmau area of the Kanpur district. Since ages, Jajmau has been a leather hub, famous in the whole of Indian sub-continent. We’re proud of our part in turning leather into a style staple of our times.

The Leather is processed and finished in our tanneries in accordance with the REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) standards.
